How did you end up at Allen Marine?
My dad was working here, and I thought it sounded interesting. I started out as Guest Services and have transitioned from Deckhand > Captain > Assistant Port Engineer > Port Engineer > Operations Manager.
Living the maritime lifestyle has its challenges, what advice would you give someone choosing this career path?
Flexibility and a desire to learn are keys to success.
