I seek the adventure of leading a growing team to success each year and take great pride in watching our employees go above and beyond to get the job done.
How did you end up at Allen Marine?
I was originally hired as a Captain before covid. Ended up with Alaskan Dream Cruises for a season before transferring into my current role.
Living the maritime lifestyle has its challenges, what advice would you give someone choosing this career path?
Stick with it! The seasonal lifestyle that our employees have can lead to a life of travel, adventure and a financially rewarding career.
What do you like about working for Allen Marine?
I enjoy the sense of family that we have here at Allen Marine. Through good times and bad, we are all in this together.
